First Page in 2014 Fake Journal - April 1

It's April 1 again, time to start my new fake journal.  To see what a fake journal is all about, click on the link to International Fake Journal Month on the right

.  My alter-ego wants to try a new line and wash technique in her journal, and unlike me, she likes to work in her garden, takes it very seriously, researches gardens and plants, and follows the gardener's almanac for her planting zone.  I, on the other hand, will probably have to purchase my flowers at the supermarket if I intend to have any.   My journal is a Strathmore mixed media, my pens are Micron Pigma 05, and my washes, to quote Gerald Brommer, are "color independent of line".
